Stress has become a common part of everyday life. Whether it comes from family, work, finances, relationships, education, or spiritual challenges, the pressures we face can take a toll on our emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Life Care is offering a free workshop designed to help you identify sources of stress, discover practical tools for relief, and find encouragement through biblical truth. Childcare is provided for Nursery through 5th Grade.
