Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for visiting us online. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.crchurch.cc, our "Crossroads Odessa" mobile application, and any related online services, features, and content we make available (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Crossroads Fellowship Global, Inc. ("Crossroads," "we," "our," or "us").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use the Service

By using the Service, you confirm that you are able to form a binding agreement with us. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our accounts and registration features are not designed for, or directed to, individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

3. Your Account

Some features (such as creating a profile, registering for events, or making a donation) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at privacy@crchurch.cc if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use. You will not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, collect, or copy content from the Service, except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to harm or disrupt the Service or other users;
  • Harvest or collect other users' personal information; or
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Content and Ownership

The Service contains text, graphics, images, audio, video, logos, and other materials (collectively, "Content") that are owned by or licensed to Crossroads and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Content for your own personal use. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Content on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Service or reached by following any link on it.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at privacy@crchurch.cc with a description of the material and where it appears, and we will review it.

6. Submissions and Prayer Requests

The Service may allow you to submit content, including prayer requests ("Submissions"). When you make a Submission:

  • You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law;
  • You understand that prayer requests and similar Submissions you post are publicly visible to other users and to the general public. Please do not include private, sensitive, or confidential information—whether about yourself or anyone else—that you would not want to be seen publicly;
  • You grant Crossroads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your Submission as reasonably necessary to provide and carry out the related ministry purpose; and
  • You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that discloses another person's private information without their permission.

We are not obligated to review, use, or retain Submissions, and we may remove any Submission at our discretion.

7. Online Giving and Donations

You may make one-time or recurring donations through the Service. Donations are voluntary and, except as required by law, are non-refundable. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, MyWell. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and MyWell to charge your selected payment method for the amount and frequency you choose. Recurring gifts continue until you cancel them through your account or by contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and current.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's terms and policies, not ours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossroads and its directors, staff, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crossroads and its directors, staff, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Crossroads regarding the Service. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent.
