West Odessa Associate Campus Pastor
Job Purpose:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee, coordinate and lead the designated Crossroads Campus
• Develop Leaders who will in turn develop leaders
• Oversee planning and execution of assigned events on the Campus
• Build Relationships
• Communicate vision and equip others to carry out that vision
• Provide leadership and guidance to Campus Staff as assigned
• Oversee and coordinate small groups, assimilation, and discipleship on the Campus
• Create service opportunities for the Campus
• Provide counseling and referrals as needed
• Assist in developing and maintaining a Campus Budget
• Oversee the Team Leaders responsible for location preparation, worship services, and student ministries
• Able to execute programs at the Campus level as directed
• Replicate Crossroads DNA
• Provide leadership and accountability for staff policy’s and procedures among campus staff
