In the launch of the For the Future series, Pastor Jeremiah drives an excavator onto the stage to kick off one of the most significant moments in Crossroads' 80+ year history — the unveiling of a bold building campaign vision. Drawing from Jesus' Parable of the Sower in Mark 4, he unpacks the biblical concept of stewardship, reminding the church that we are managers of what God owns, called to plant seeds generously so that God can multiply the harvest. With 87% of the Permian Basin unchurched, he casts a vision for a new 3,000-seat auditorium and expanded ministry spaces. The deeper challenge is personal: before the church can prepare fields for others, each person must ask how the soil of their own heart is.
