For the children who live on campus at High Sky, the staff strives to make their time with them as enriching and fulfilling as possible. To do so, the staff takes the children out for weekly activities. This cost is not reimbursed or funded by the state and comes directly out of the High Sky budget.

High Sky also supports children through all stages of development. They have programs that support teens as they prepare for adulthood, giving them the skills necessary for becoming successful. They also have support services for children who age out of the foster care program. High Sky becomes a mentor to these children, assisting them with the challenges of adulthood and offering help with costs and needs. Currently, they have five mothers who are either near exiting the foster care system or just recently did so. They want to provide them with a baby shower to ensure they have all the tools needed to be the best moms possible.
